Your fears follow you

This is my first blog. I have been having a very weird career ...I started as a management trainee where I was given the responsibility of a unit hr person ....my profile was excellent at the beginning with lots of good work to do but in 9 month this place became a dreadful place to be ..with my only responsibility becoming recruitment. I made up my mind and left ..started with another job ..in which I signed up to become a consultant, ..again my profile was excellent I was doing all things that I had learnt in my MBA program...then came the 9 month syndrome again, my role was diluted to just business development... I could not take it and decided to move ...now I have joined my 3rd job in less than 2 years and guess what .. I was promised execution of projects and now ..have been put to business development again... (for a month as promised by the management ) ..crazy ..I think just being stubborn about somethings does not work..things that you avoid most kinda follow you.
